Gender Stereotypes in Chile

In chile the gender stereotypes are so notorious, i mean a few years ago people think the women has to work only on home labors rising children and cooking but now this stage has changing day by day because works takes employers without discriminate the gender but there a financial gap between men and women so unfair that need to be fixet. By the way also men and women needs betters rights in work things but i thing women needs more rights in daily life.
